Shipping & Returns policy

At SonX, we want to ensure that our customers are fully informed about our shipping and returns policy. All merchandise is made to order, so please be aware that there may be a delay between the creation and shipping period. We offer both free and paid shipping options, which will be indicated at checkout. Our returns policy covers normal shipping return reasons, such as a faulty or poorly made item. Returns will not be accepted if the user simply changes their mind, but we do allow returns for changes in sizing if the size is incorrect. Please note that we are unable to accept returns beyond these reasons.
